I went up north to my parent's house (where he lives) a week or two ago, and was really hoping to take him for a walk on the land and get some photos of him while we were out.
He's getting a little old now (16 years) so he wasn't really too keen to do too much, so I had to take these where he was laying, which wasn't ideal.
Love to see a working dog at work. My cattle dog is mild mannered until we got to the farm, then it is leash time. If I let him loose he would work those cows like mad. My dad finally put an end to the show, didn't want the dog worrying the pets!
This dog actually had one of those "lamp-shade" things on so it couldn't scratch its damaged eye. He got sprayed with some kind of chemical from some jackass (which you cant see in the pic) I love the way the "lamp-shade" made the bust shot work.
