By them self, I love #2.. One of those fleeting moments, where you just have to keep pressing the shutter and hope for the best.
For some reason I find #1 a bit to "heavy" on the left side, it feels like the pic, is going to tip over.. #2 is better balanced by her pose, though I prefer the angle of #1 (BG is cleaner). Not sure if it makes sense to you..
I bet every non-photographer will ask "Why is she so far over?" All comments above are true, of course, and what's more; I agree with them. You can't beat that kind of subject for admiration and you probably got almost as much as you wanted.
