Thanks Endre my friend. I did clone out one light and I did add some diffused light for the softer feel. Glad you like it. I wish I could do some of your work instead..... want to trade

I agree - this one is even better, Christian. A finalist, for sure!! The velvety B & W is just beautiful! and the addition of your daughter focuses the viewer on the story we make up in out heads when we look at it. The whole thing looks dreamlike. Great work. Wish I'd thought of it.
Thanks Jim, no color here
My daughter is very patient and has a good eye and quite artsy I must say.

I think you nailed it Christian. Great take on the assignment. I also think your daughter is correct....the grayscale works for this perfectly.
Steve,
Thanks, I appreciate you commenting again. You know how tough it can be some weeks to get to the finals, this week is no different it seems, lots of nice entries.

I like this one even more. Should have no problems with getting into the finals with this fine shot!!
hhski,
The scene as quite the same, just added a person and converted it, oh yes, cloned out a light too. You can see the original pic here: www.miramis.com/images/fromthetop2.jpg
Thanks

I didnt see the original but this is one powerful scene. Congratulations on this one.
Thanks Carrol,
I tried setting her in a couple positions around the light , but this one seemed to turn out the best. After 15 minutes, her neck was hurting though

Christian,
This one's MUCH better, IMO. I love it. The light on her face is great.
Good job -
