I love the ying-yang, but I think if you spend a little more time on the layout it will pay off in the long run. Can you use a plastic circle as a mold to start with?
I'm just thinking I would like to see a sharper shape for this one would be better.
I debated about that since salt and pepper are grainy, and wasn't sure which way to go with it. I'll work on that and see what I come up with. Thanks for the input.
Love the concept and the use of the salt and pepper. I think the corseness of them works great for this. I do agree with Don that if you can somehow make the edges cleaner it would really enhance the image. The sharpness of the shot is great! Good Luck.
Great idea, nice capture. That's a difficult task trying to get well defined borders. You might trying "painting" the design first in white glue, then sprinkling the salt and pepper in place and waiting for it to dry before shaking off the excess. Much like you did as a kid with glitter in elementary school art classes.

Thanks Nick. I thought of that, but I didn't have black paper...just black foam core board and I didn't want to put glue on that so I toughed it out.
