I am a Nikon user but I have always sustained that it is the photographer and not the gear being used. The 85 L is a very good lens.
I have to congratulate Zane Yau and Ryan Flynn for their outstanding work. All the pictures I have seen are very nice but I have favored their works and creativity. The images from both photographers are full of life and show excellent photographic techniques.
Congratulations to all of you for such beautiful pictures.

This is why I desperately want ...make that need this lens. I love the 3D dof that this lens can give you. My 70-200 2.8is is great, but this lens is off the charts. Great shots canerino!
If you're willing to go with an older manual prime lens, you can get performance that's at least as good (if not better) for a whole lot less money. Getting used to a strictly manual lens takes a little while, but it's worth it.
