We quite often between us all have the same ideas and while we think how we will convey them someone pips us to it. I guess a lot of the parents out there thought of this one, I know I did as my daughter had an operation last week, but taking a photo of her whilst she was recovering was not an option!!
This is my favourite shot of this WA, gets my vote.

Yes Adam, you are so right; I actually checked all the entries right before entering mine to make sure that there wasn’t another girl in crisis already posted!
I wish your daughter a quick and comfortable recovery.
Thank you!

Nice and moody. What is more fragile than a teen. Nice proflle composition to set the stage and processing just adds to the mood.
Thanks Caley, I’m glad you can also relate to it.
Thanks for the comments…

Another vote for "don't change a thing". The composition is beautiful, and I agree with zcaley. The processing enhances the mood.
Hello Tam; after so many positive comments I would not dare change anything.
Thank you!
Hi John,
I'm way late, but wanted to congratulate you on this wonderful finalist! It was one of my favorites in the thumbnails. (And I do understand.....a woman's emotions are fragile even after 14. )
