Thanks for the comment, HH. I think the right side tension wouldn't work as well without the left side contrast but then we obviously differ on that. I love reading differing opinions, though. That's what makes the world go 'round.
All the best,
Endre

I like the right side and the tension it creates the other side I dont know.
Endre, Love the simplicity of the message. I'm pretty sure I would have missed that shot. Good eye! Presentation is great. Love the post work. The angles through me a bit but then again I posted a bent window
Thanks so much, Mike, my friend! I'm glad you like it. One of the things I learn here every week is how to look for things that I might not have seen otherwise. So many good photographers see things in so many creative ways. That's one of the things that makes the WA so great!
I took two shots of the building from this angle. (I always take two shots of everything. I don't know why. Some sort of neurotic concern for having a backuyp shot. In retrospect it always seems pointless to take the same photo twice.) Anyway, I immediately saw the abstract potential of the shot even when I was there.
All best wishes,
Endre

Aw, thanks Steve, my friend! You are way too effusive in your praise - but it's nice to read anyhow . I'm delighted you like it so much. There are some amazing shots this week so I'll count myself lucky to reach the finals. I think Vipermike's crooked window shot will take 1st. (You heard it here first. )
All best wishes,
Endre

Thnak you so much, Nick, my friend for BOTH your comments. Obviously, something something glitched up long enough for the first one to show up so late. I appreciate the silght difference between them as well as the kind words in both. So glad you like the shot.
Sorry I'm so late in saying Congratulations, Endre, my sweet friend! This is a wonderful image, and it seems that lots of folks agree with me! A super job!!
