EDIT...replaced first entry with this. Of course, "herding cats" is just such an apt expression. Do you think getting Lucy to use her street - like she does everyday was easy? Oh no...not today!
EDIT2...I'm sorry...just wasn't happy with the sequence shot...I'm done with this unless Fred extends the deadline.
EDIT3....changed file name to the same as the original...hoping that will fix the all entries page...
Well Jane, I have no color in my world at the moment. Gray skies...and snow. Had an idea to shoot a historic cobblestone street, but guess what...they don't plow the snow off old streets like that. Couple mornings ago...on my way to work was a great shot, but I had clients waiting for a shoot and I couldn't be late. I have two cats...Lucy and Iggy. Lucy hangs around the house, and has a very small territory. She doesn't stray much more than the back yard...and the slider to my bedroom is her preferred entrance/exit. The blue is the light of the TV, and one of the those LED trouble lights reflecting off furniture just inside the door.....I have a few more ideas before midnight....Thanks for the comments
Nice take on the WA Jim. I always take advantage of a fresh snow to walk all around my property to see exactly what interlopers we have and where they are living.
Congratulations on this making it to the finals, Jim! How remiss of me not to comment before. i saw the other one with the footprints in the snow but didn't get around to commenting on it at the time and then I somehow missed this one. I love it! Great color and the look on Lucy's face is priceless. Great capture!

You're in it every week!!! AMAZING if you ask me.
Congrats on your recent win! I do the best I can within the confines of the time, and conditions...what else can I say? However, I'm not in every week.
