An idea that came to me while taking a walk in the woods this afternoon.
Not totally happy with the execution but maybe I'll have time for a remake.

Your photo totally fascinates me!
I'm not thilled by the lightness of the sky, but your hand pulls me right back into focus....and then I am passionately drawn to the surrealness of the fungi. Amazing shot IMHO.
You have, again, nailed the WA. Composition is perfect, and the only thing that I would gig you for, as you have already conceded, is the light sky. Perhaps more fill flash and shallower DOF would have fixed that. That having been said, I like your entry, which should be a finalist.
This is a wonderful shot Anders. Really like the perspective. It makes me feel very small and insignificant, like I am the next to be picked.... oh help.
