When I surveyed the thumbnails of this week's entries, your entry immediately caught my eye. Jane and I having tried to get our Boxer, Addie, to cooperate for a shot or two, I can appreciate the capture even more than I might have otherwise. Wonderful entry!

Even though you echo what others have written, I really appreciate you taking time to write it. I still think of myself as something of a beginning photographer - especially when compared to some of the experienced pros here at FM - so it's great to get so much positive feedback. For all of you who are curious, I thought you'd find this snapshot of Paprika when he had his fur shaved off to be amusing. (He'd probably bite me if he knew I was posting it. ) Unfortunately, he was so embarrassed by the cut that my daughter (who shot the photos) couldn't manage to get any postable photos of him in this condition that also included the poodle-cut poof at the end of his tail. This was taken about a year and a half ago so It's all grown back and he looks great again.

I really appreciate your congratulations and since you are all such wonderful photographers, I have no doubt that I'll be sending similar kudos to you in future WA's.
