I am selling a very, very sharp EF 300 f4 non-IS lens. It is as sharp at f4, if not sharper, than at f5.6. The only reason that I am selling this is because I was offered a great deal on a second copy of this lens so I am letting this one go. This lens has several paint chips and what I consider superficial lens cleaning marks but no scratches. These marks have no impact on image quality as you will see below. This is a chance to pick up one of the better L lenses for a very affordable price. I can take pictures of the lens shortly but here are some shots from the lens.
I have one of these and while I owned it bought the is version. Boy am I glad I didnt sell the non IS because it SMOKES the new version.My IS was on ebay in 2 days. Unless you need the IS absolutely this is a much better lens! Just My $.02.

Well, my PM box is full and several people have said they will take the lens. Before I agree to sell this to anyone, I want the prospective buyer to see pictures of both the barrel and the glass for full disclosure. I am starting with the first person to respond, thanks for your patience.
