Ok, not a great shot here, but it does show what can be done with perspective.
I did a little perspective correction and then cropped to emphasize the arrow.
I'm trying to do a little commercial architectural work with this lens. The wide angle is great, but it takes some doing to get the perspective reasonably correct.

I have this image printed 13x19 over my desk and I actually like the exposure the way it is. I don't mind the dark foreground as it frames the focal point of the image (in my mind), which is the last bit of sun and how it is illuminating the clouds it is setting behind as well as the ones above. I don't think that tweaking the levls would make it nicer.

Thank you, Amir. This was taken at 1/6 sec. Handheld, believe it or not. I am sure that a wider angle will produce a more graphic image. When I get one, I will return - with a tripod.
