I don't know: the image warp function has been a long time coming. The folks over at adobe have been complaining about that for years! Whether this is a significant upgrade or not really comes down to how revolutionary that "Vanishing Point" thing is. Will have to wait and see.
The improvements to File Browser will be significant for most photographers. I have seen a few previews and from what I've seen the speed enhancements and new features will be worth the $150 upgrade fee.
I wonder if we'll see more intelligent batch / action options (ie, resize to X pixels in the longest dimension, rather than seperate actions for horizontal and vertically framed shots).
