I have a "cosmos" growing in 1 of my huge concrete planters and it is near 30feet high. It is very full of buds yet to bloom.
With the hurricane's remnants due here tomorrow, I am hoping the wind won't snap" it that high. It is staked well but not near 30 feet. My "Nehi orange" is the tip of the highest stake in that pot. There is a yellow painted bottle to the frame's right at about 8feet.
The 2nd shot is just a comparison visually. 35mm Macro IS Canon EF-S on a 90D. A week earlier.
