This really depends on what I'm doing. My standard work bag is becoming the Z9 and Z6III with the 50 1.2, 35 1.2S, 24-70 2.8S, 70-200SII, 14-24 2.8 and 135 Plena crammed into a bag with a Profoto A10. If I don't need the Plena I pack the 85 1.2 instead. If I'm doing a park shoot I usually forgo...something to get the 500PF into the bag.

Yeah, depends on what I need. EDC is my Zfc and 2-3 small manual primes. Landscape/hiking is either my Z7 and ZF21, 24-85VR and 80-400G or my D7500 and 10-20VR, 24-85VR and 80-400G depending on whether or not I expect slower(Z7) or faster (D7500) work.

He! That's a loaded question.
I have no single everyday setup because the lens of choice depends on what I expect to see. The camera is a Z5ii. All the lenses are manual-focus F-mount with FTZii. For general "normal" use it's probably the 55mm f/3.5 AI Micro. Usually I'm hoping to see birds or dragonflies, so it's typically a 200mm f/4 Q Auto (which is manual focus despite the name). I carry a film camera every so often, typically Nikkormat FTn, not for "everyday use".

I've changed my gear setup significantly this past summer, going from the adapted Canon EF-mount lenses to mostly native Z-mount but adding two E-mount primes as well.
My day-to-day setup is now the Z9, the Tamron 16-30mm f/2.8 and the Tamron 50-400mm f/4.5-6.3. When I'm shooting indoors, the tele lens is subbed with the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM lens (1st generation) that I kept through everything, and will keep. If I feel that I need it, the middle ground (between 30 and 70mm) is now covered with the Sony 50mm f/1.2 GM lens. Alternatively, when I know I'll need to go wider than 16mm, I take the Laowa 10mm f/2.8 lens with me.
The rest of the lenses I have are mostly specialty units, though I'll probably try the three prime setup (Sony 24mm f/1.4, Sony 50mm f/1.2, Tamron 85mm f/1.8) sometime when I need to shoot someplace very dark.

My setup consists of a Z6III and a Z8. I chose that combination because they were similar in many capabilities and could back each other up. Resolution was the main differentiator. I shot mostly portrait, headshots, dance, event, product/advertising and a bit of sports photography. I was occasionally forced at gunpoint to do weddings! My speciality later turned out to be musicians, both portrait and performance.
Lenses in order of usage:
Nikon 24-120mm f/4 S
Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 S Ver 1
Nikon 85mm f/1.8 S
Nikon Z 17-28mm f/2.8 (normally for low light)
Nikon 50mm f/1.8 S
I also have the Nikon 105mm MC just to play around with macro a bit.
