p.1 #1 · Strange D800 behavior - rear LCD seems out of focus...
Very strange, it's an old camera, I'd use it for casual shooting, it had to go to repair and since then always had issues, today I got a used lens, the 50/1.4G, small and a focal length I am comfy with, idea is to have an easy going setup without to give up quality, I tested the combo and the shots on the camera look out of focus, I tried on the fly manual lens correction but no much of a result (and I am sure I did something wrong there) but then on the computer the pictures are way better than on the rear lcd.
Mounted the lens on the D850 and everything is super smooth and, by the way, I love the rendering of this little thing for portrait, uses my mum as the usual model for on the fly tests and it is very pleasant.
Any idea on what is it going on with the D800? A factory reset maybe?
