The night before I plan to head out in the kayak I'll usually just check the wind conditions for the next morning. I don't like going out unless it's very calm. So it's always a nice surprise when you get to your spot and the fog is still in place. I love being out at daybreak but there's something extra special about a peaceful, foggy morning.
