Hi all,
I'm selling my Canon Serenar 50mm f1.8. Keen-eyed Canon collectors will note that this is a particularly early example that sports the "Japan" engraving on the filter ring. Roughly 20 are known to exist.
Cosmetically this lens shows some honest wear but has survived nicely.
Mechanically the focus is fairly smooth and the aperture works okay.
Optically this is a nice example. No fungus or separation. With a penlight only you'll see 4-5 cleaning marks and some dust. Hard to find in good condition!
