This X100F was my main travel camera for many years and I thought it would be the one camera I'd never sell - until recently that is, when an X100VI dropped onto my lap =).
It was always used with care during its 18,800ish shutter actuations and always protected with screen protector and grips so there are no dings or cracks. Always had a lens filter and hood too. You will, however, find surface wear in the usual spots.
Everything works perfectly to my knowledge and it was confirmed when a cleaning service was done by a factory Fuji team from NJ in May (at Glazer's, a local camera store) as you can see from the service record notes.
The only thing detrimental mentioned was dust in the viewfinder which is inevitable with all used cameras. And as stated in the comment, it's cosmetic only and does not interfere with the functionality of the OVF/EVF.
