A few weeks ago I was driving near a local wildlife sanctuary and spotted a barn owl on the fence by the road. (first pic). I told one person about it and now it's become a mob scene (second pic), with about 100 cars there each morning!
Fortunately there's a fenced area so the birds (two adults and two juvies) are unharmed and hunting each day.
I heard this morning that one of the juvies was taken by a coyote although I have not confirmed it.

It was starting to get busy at the GHO nest I was following this spring and then one person found a tick on themself. That was the fix. Never more than a dozen photographers at a time. You don't need a real tick, just tell one person :-}
