X-Pro1, Fuji XF 35/1.4: one of my fav combos ever. Dodgy camera AF; clunky lens, slow AF, noisy, but WOW (imo). I only regret the body never evolved with new technology. Perhaps it did, but an M11 well beyond my means.
Both are really beautiful. Nicely composed and absolutely perfect tonal quality. There's a lot to like in these images. I agree that it's too bad Fuji didn't put more effort into upgrading this line.
