"Wince" - poor wording on my part, was trying to pay a compliment. Kingfisher's positioning, "expression" and the sign came so perfectly (and spontaneously) together that the image almost looks staged. That, I think, is one of the big thrills and objectives of photography - capturing that perfect fleeting moment for posterity.

Always try to get some different shots, and once in a while a bird will do its part.
