This is a nifty accessory if you are shooting 4x5. It got to be a little much to have to remember use the back's frame lines (they may not match your ground glass' lines) and then compose. Usage is very easy - on my Chamonix the back slides right in like a double-dark-slide film holder. I have the printed instructions as well as the Sinar frame line insert (best if you have a Sinar camera) which is very hard to find now.
