Nikon D810 body with OEM battery and MH25 charger. Nothing else. Shutter count is just 30k (30098 to be exact).
The edges of the bottom plate show wear from years of use but nothing that screams abuse or rough use. Elsewhere, on the flash module minor finish marks. Looks like a solid 8+ to me but marking it as 8 just to be on the safer side. Looks far better in real life than in the photos.
Changed the tiny rubber piece on the battery door a couple of months ago. The hand grip where the index finger rests has a slight bulge in the rubber. There is no peeling at the edges but couple of years down the line you may want to change that piece when it eventually gives up. As it stands today, its perfectly fine and you may not even notice it. Tried to take a photo of it but its hard to see.
Battery holds charge well, no serious dust that I see in the viewfinder or on the sensor.
The LCD always had the OEM hard plastic guard on it (at least since I bought it in 2018). In the photos the protector shows scratches, rest assured the screen is like new devoid of any scratches.
All buttons of which there are way too many and dials work exactly as they should.
Classic old school DSLR that goes all the way down to ISO 64 and feels extremely solid in hand.
