p.1 #1 · ISO 102,000?

On a whim decided to see if I could make a credible B&W image at iso 102K. I took this hand-held from my deck last night at around 9PM. Actual capture ISO was 51,000 but then I boosted exposure by a stop in post. Obviously not a print-worthy image, but I think as a test it confirms for me that ISO 102K has potential and can work out pretty well. Moreover, I am pretty impressed with the amount of detail that remains at this essentially ridiculous ISO.

Back in the day you could shoot Kodak Recording Film and T-MAX 3200 and get similar quality. The images have a look similar to what you’ve shared. Nice. Definitely useable. - Kk
