Looks good Bob, nice find! Looks like a fun place to wander around with a camera. Curious did you work the scene there? Moving in for detail shots of gas pumps and vending machines, etc.?

To answer your question, no - it is a 'tweener', between points A and B. I might return later next week. First pass I couldn't tell if they were even open. The TV dishes at the rear (out of this cropped frame) suggest there is activity.
