I'm the second owner purchased used for slightly higher from Tim Lei. I've seen original proof of purchase and it's out of warranty (purchased in Aug 2024 from BH).
6/26 updated the condition to be 9+ there are a few very small specs of dust inside the lens but do not affect picture quality and there is some slight wear where there lens hood attaches but that's to be expected.
