Do you have accessories on your Leica?
I have a soft release, thumb grip and leather Leica strap on my M.
I occasionally use a visoflex or 1.4 viewfinder magnifier with longer lenses.
Some people have bottom plates and grips.
I'm getting a Q3 43 soon and I was looking at different color thumb grips and lens caps for that.

I only use the camera strap that came with the camera. If I go beyond that it is only accessories that assist in taking the picture. Occasionally I will use a visoflex especially when using lenses that are not rangefinder lenses. ie) Leica R, Canon FD. The other accessory I use is when my Leica is tripod mounted and I am doing a long exposure or have attached a telephoto lens such as my Canon FD 150-600mm then I screw in a cable release.
Just an L-Bracket. If you get the Q3-43, get the Really Right Stuff Grip plate if you want to use a tripod, and the Helium Labs Grip (no dovetail) if not. The RRS plate has a QD socket as well.

I prefer naked for my M10R and M10M. That said, I have a soft release on the M10M that was an xmas gift and stays on all the time. On rare occasions I use an RRS L plate and tripod for night shots and sometimes I use my Visoflex 020 with the 21SEM and 90 APO.
Most add ons make the camera more functional, protected or easier to hold...then there's the choice of color and materials.
I have a natural leather wrist strap on my M4, a brown Leica leather strap on my M10R, a black leather Artist and Artisans strap on my M10M. I often use Peak Design straps on other cameras but I like to keep my Leicas in a classic mode.
I have simple generic soft releases on my cameras I like red ones, brass or bronze or colors other than black. I have several but they are all sort of cheap ones, I have lost a few in the past so I don't like to pay too much for them.
I have a Leica thumb grip on my M10R and a Match Technical on my M10M.
I have a Leica red half case and strap for my M10 but I haven't used them yet.
