Fixes an issue in which the camera may stop functioning properly when Touch & drag AF is used with the [AF area] set to "Whole Area AF".

It's interesting that FW 1.2.0 and 1.3.1 are there now, but not 1.3.0.

I just noticed that my personal R5 II is still on 1.2.0. I wonder how long to wait for the update.

Probably because 1.3.0 is known to have bugs, and has been directly superseded?

I installed the new firmware and photographed swallows in flight this morning, and didn't notice any issues.

I'm in no rush. My R5II is working well for what I need it to do and will wait for more user feedback.
