I'm not finding any date codes on the NP-SA100 batteries. The microscopic codes appear to be product codes. Is there any way to determine the battery assembly date?
I also noticed that the there is empty space on the side with the gray lettering. That is surprising, but perhaps there was a change in the provider of the pouched cells or they have multiple suppliers.
