Manfrotto MVH500AH Fluid Video Head ($170 new) with upgraded Kirk Quick Release Bridge System ($150 new). The upgraded Kirk bridge makes the fluid head arca swiss compatible. Hudson Henry is a fan of and recommends this combo. Because it is a lighter fluid head I found it actually works quite well on a monopod too with lenses up to 200-600 “ish” size. No issues and in good shape just not using it. I tossed the box so included is just the fluid head and handle as pictured. New this setup would run over $300.
