Well, my MicroSync wireless trigger system has finally given up. And since I only need this tool very rarely (USCG unit photos every 2 years), I don't want to spend a bunch of money. I tried using my Canon Speedlight to trigger my Alien Bees, but this only worked when testing, not during the actual photos to be used.
So, I'd appreciate suggestions for a low-cost replacement. I need reliability, but not durability since it won't get used many times before I die someday.
