Picked this up from Camera West last week to evaluate the X-T5's eye AF. After some minimal testing I've decided to wait for a black X-T6 (yes, I know, whenever….), so rather than returning it (Camera West’s customer service was fantastic, and they allow me to return it with no restocking fee) I figured someone here might be interested in it. At the same time, I’d reciprocate to the merchant and save them the burden of relisting and reselling it.

Solid 9 cosmetics-wise (a few minor finish marks)
Made in Japan (I didn’t know it but there is also Chinese production for the X-T5)
Recent production unit (serial starting with 53E)

No original box or additional accessories, buyer will get the following items only:
Camera body + third-party front cap
OEM battery (dated 04/25) — shows excellent health via the in-camera battery check
Third-party dual charger (I used my slow USB-C phone charger, was able to get it to 100% with no issues)
Leather half-case with quick-release plate
I paid $1,275 — happy to pass it along at $1,250 net (it would be like I rented it for 2 days for $25, excellent deal for a gearhead lol). If it won’t sell today or tomorrow, I will take Camera West up on their kind offer and send it back.
