I just received this and have decided that it's not for me. I'm too used to the Z8. Your loss is my gain. I just bought it brand new. I did charge the battery and take some shots around the house(electronic shutter only), no video. That's it.
Out of the box for minutes and back in. Most items never out of the box. For anyone looking to save money on a new camera in the box this is the one. USA model from a US dealer. I would rather take slight loss than return and get a restocking fee. There is nothing wrong with it. It's perfect.
