Decided to try out this lens and so far pretty impressed. The rendering is just so nice and the lens is built like a tank with smooth as butter focus ring. I am also super impressed with how easy it is to focus with the Zf system, with eye and face tracking still working. Gonna use it for a couple of months to see if this will stay in my bag but so far loving it.

Very nice shots! Yes, it's a really fun lens. It was my first manual focus lens for Z-mount. I stayed away from manual focusing lenses with DSLRs, but with the mirrorless bodies they're kind of a pleasure to use thanks to having all the EVF manual focus features. The keeper rate is always up to our ability to focus, but having subject detect, focus peaking and the ability to zoom into the focus point, those odds go way up.
