Nikon better do something interesting as my Z II and Z6 now are getting 6 and 7 years old.
I'm very curious to see what the new Sony ArVi will bring. ( if Nikon can't deliver small 45MP, faster autofocus camera with good battery life + Z 70-200 f4 I will not mind to change brand if needed, so hopefully they come up with something )
I'm sure they are. Aside from the Z9 II which should be quite stellar. I think based on NR, Nikon just registered 2 cameras in Asia, and one of them is supposed to be a stills only type camera that looks like the Zr? Odd. The Z7 II needs updating, but even so, if you're after IQ, the Z7 II is good. BSI, high-res, and exceptional DR. You wont see anything groundbreaking between 45.7mp and 60mp.
