I'm the original owner of this Canon EF 24-70 F2.8 L II USM. I don't keep boxes any more. It has had an UV filter on it since day one.
In 2020 it delevoped FUNGUS in the lens. I've circled the fungus in the 4th picture. I've used it many time since then and neither I nor my clients have never noticed the fungus on the pictures. The lens is in very good otherwise.
Picture 4 is without the filter. The fungus is circled.
I'm adding two more pictures I just took. I rotated the lens in the second picture. Any white dots are light reflections from my apartment.
Picture 5 is an unedited picture taken with this lens in 2023. The fungus is not noticeable in this picture.
Im not sure what this is worth. Previous sales have been over $800. I've put $600 on this. Make me an offer.
I've been on ebay since 1999 and I have a perfect rating there with 1,700 transaction.
