Unusually hot weather here in New York City the past few days. The owlets are now too big for mom to fit in the nest with them and as there faces are starting to look like owls, it will not be long till they are branching. Mom was in a tree about 75 feet from the nest watching over them. I finally found some good spots on the hill to see into the nest yet mom was in a very difficult spot. The photo of her was from the best of 5 or 6 spots I tried.
Comments and suggestions welcome,
Morris
