I bought his from MPB 4 months ago, so it had a complete going-over at that time, and came with a 6-month warranty.
Works flawlessly, takes awesome pictures. A couple days ago uploaded a picture to a website to see shutter count----it showed 1,003,500. I find that hard to believe, as it is in really nice shape. I know those aren't 100% accurate, so I'm not sure.

Thanks for the comment, Nana. It is a phenomenal camera. Funny, I have a 1dx Ii as my main camera. Over the winter we took dogs for regular walks, and I’d almost always take a camera, most always the 1dx II. The one day I took the 1d IV to benefit from the 1.3x crop, They were my best photos of the winter. Action, grandson with the dogs, etc. The 1.3x crop is a unique option, in a good way.
The "100 5370" you see is the file name, not the number of "exposures". I used camera shutter count . com when I sold mine. I still shoot with a 1DX II also, I love that camera and the files from it ! I also have an R1 and still alternate between them.

Thanks for your comment. The number on the shutter count from 3rd party website is a couple thousand less than the file number on the rear display. If it is over 1,000,000, the body doesn't reflect that kind of usage. I'm flummoxed!
Love the 1dx II. It takes stellar images----great with higher iso's. Truly one of the best dSLR's available.
