I found several rolls of expired (2019) film hidden in a back drawer of my fridge. They are Ilford B&W, Porta, Velvia and Tri-X. Are these still usable, or should I trash them? If they are still usable, do they still capture images at the same ISO?
If they've been in the fridge the whole time they should be fine. You could just shoot one of them as you would normally as a test if you want to make sure.

Yes, trash them! They are incredibly toxic now that they have expired, leeching chemicals all over the place etc. etc. so you should send them to me, I know just how to dispose of them.
But yeah to echo what everyone else has said so far, you're totally fine to shoot them normally especially having been in the fridge. Happy shooting!

Not quite the same but I've taken 4 rolls with me on holiday for the first time and I didn't ask for a hand-check as I assumed gold 200 and portra 400 would be fine... but then I remembered them mentioning "new scanners" and not needing to take out liquids .... which yep, are the CT scanners kodak warned about.
I'm going to shoot and develop them anyway I guess.
I read a comment about over-exposing them by one stop to alleviate things. Do I then tell the developer to do anything different like the pull/push stuff?

Over exposing is not going to help IF they are damaged by the xray machine.
Just treat/dev them as normal. But make sure to ask for a hand check on the way back! You may have gotten lucky.
