p.1 #1 · "The Community Bridge"

The local town hired artist William Cochran and his assistants to paint the bridge/walkway along Carroll Creek. Permanent silicate paint was used on all six concrete walls of the bridge to create a highly detailed illusionist painting ala “Carved”

The key to this massive mural is that within each painted surface there exists "mini murals" along side, top, bottom of the central painted image.
Dan

These are only 5 of the 10-15 murals.

I will be "going out" and shooting this same area tomorrow(Wed) with another body and macro lens "Mich".

I will shoot the same murals just in case my mind went whacko on the "angel".

I believe ya... it just looks warped and "odd" based on the others. And I thought they were more like carvings. If I come and visit, you can show me in person

That's ok...You made me think for a moment and that is a GOOD thing..... I had to go back this morning to shoot some of the "paintings" I missed my previous trip and test out a new(used) Fuji GF Macro lens.

Here is from this morning. Overcast light.....
