Thanks Morris, this location has quite a few yellow and red Dogwoods as well as willows so I like to position myself use them as backgrounds when photographing the wildlife whenever possible.

I like to do the same things with flowering trees and bushes. I have two Dogwoods on my property one white and one pink. Both just have buds that have not started to expand yet. They will bloom mid April. My Pair tree will be first, possibly starting next week.

Thanks Dave, the Red-tails rarely ever land on that Kestrel perch so it was nice to get a shot of him with the yellow willow in the far background, it's my favourite perch to shoot raptors in the area by far.
