I'm trying to make some hand-bound/hand-sewn photobooks. In order to do that, I need double-sided prints on short-grain paper.
While this is clearly possible - Red River sells double-sided photo paper with customer testimonials mentioning using it for bookbinding - I haven't been able to find a lab that actually does double-sided printing. My local lab said that their printer couldn't handle duplex printing, even if I brought my own double-sided sheets, and I haven't found any online lab that advertises this.
Is anybody familiar with a lab or print shop that can do double-sided photo-quality prints? I really would prefer to avoid getting a printer - I travel too much to babysit one, and I print infrequently and in bursts.
