I spent a couple of hours at the park yesterday afternoon. This was the first time I was there late in the afternoon instead of early morning. I thought I'd try for some different lighting.
All C&C is welcome especially as it relates to exposure, as I'm struggling a bit matching brightness levels from my PC monitor to my phone and tablet.

Thank you Morris. Yes Sir, old stuff but new to me. I bought the body here early last year and the 400 locally last year also. So far so good with both. I'm really happy with them.
A bit more resolution would be nice but I can't really complain. :-)

These are great Joe! Love the detail on the pelican and his big old bucket.
And don't worry about newer gear, that 16MP FF sensor is a low noise beast! I shot the Sony 16MP Crop APSC sensor for years and it was also a great bit of kit. With that 400mm you can get close enough to the action to get some awesome stuff, just like you have shown in this post. Flog it until smoke escapes, I think it's great.
