I called #2 the "gingerbread house" since I was very young. The color has varied a bit from owner to owner but is pleasing no matter what the color is and adds to the delicate hand scrolled woodwork@ gingerbread"...slate tile roof, inner panels around some windows have individual natural colored tiles as a "border". The olde iron sled on the porch was nice.
