There are so many decent M4s out there, I wouldn’t bother restoring this one.
I’d just sell it on ebay using the Japanese description methodology - Mint ++ no haze, no fungus, all great.

If it were me, I expect I would succeed in dissassembling but putting it back together correctly would be another story.
I would take it apart, put it back together, sell the spare parts that mysteriously appeared, then send it to DAG for a once over to check quality of an ‘expert’ tech’s recent CLA.
