A quiet winter scene shaped by space, repetition, and restraint. I was drawn to the subtle separation between the trees and the soft gradient in the sky—nothing dramatic, just a calm moment where stillness does the work. Minimal intervention, letting the scene breathe.
like your composition. kept it simple. like the soft color especially the blue in the upper sky. have you by chance converted it to black and white to see how it would look. thanks for sharing.

Yes i liked the color little be more !
i will say very close
Man, I love the original SO much. I think you lose so much of the soft and exquisite subtlely of the hues in the color version when it is translated into mono, in this particular case, in my opinion. The B&W version has its own virtues, but it becomes a very different image. I keep coming back again and again to the original. Lovely work.
I shared this here, and I know a few people mentioned it might work well in black and white. I appreciate the feedback. Sometimes, though, you have to make a choice and stay true to your vision.
For this image, I chose color—that’s why I posted the color version. The subtle variations in the sky matter to me. I do a lot of black-and-white work and I love it, but in this case, color feels right.
Everyone sees things differently, and that’s part of the beauty of photography. In the end, I’m the one behind the lens, and this is how I choose to present it. Thanks for all the thoughtful comments.
