I spent the morning at Huntington Beach State Park today. We spotted an eagle heading in our direction and just as I got him in the finder, he dove down and stole a duckling. What a rush! These are heavy crops as he was pretty far away. I was lucky to have the 1.4x TC on the 400 at that moment. This has got me super excited for the rest of the year. Hopefully I'll be in a position to get some better stuff.

The second is my pick. You need to put the time in and eventually you will have one come closer. Ask the locals if they know where they tend to hang out and even better nest. This will increase your chances.
