Great image showing so well an outstanding athlete and personality - such a contrast to what he sadly became in later life due to the damage caused by his craft.
Incredible image and memory. The image is so nicely done, it looks like it is from a planned portrait session.
Ali was a legendary figure who transcended all of sports to become one of the most recognizable figures in history. He was known on a truly global scale.
Would love to see the actual image. Wondering about all that weird stuff going on with the rope and the background. Where's the second rope down? Doubtful it just dropped off behind his back. Again, can we see the original image?

Thanks. A lot of post-processing to the original terrible image.

What the original 'snapshot' taken 54 years ago looks like is irrelevant. The image I presented now is all I am concerned about and is all you get to see. Take it, or leave it.

Woah!! Mmmkay. Getting a bit defensive there, master Tony. Just thought you'd have a cool version of the original to share.
Tells me maybe that image from 54 years ago might not look so hot without heavy (and horrible) masking. But you do you. I know now not to bother checking out any of your future posts.

Awesome you could figure that out. I didn't know this was the Critique Forum or Post-processing & Printing Forum.
