I am lucky that I have 4 covered bridges within minutes of me. This is 1 at Loys Station.
It has been frigid here for 2 weeks not getting out of the low 20'sF as a high temp. Wind chills at sub zero easily. I LOVE cold but this is a tad extreme! The water appears "black" at certain angles and distances.

2 different times? The top one is nice, colors against the snow adds to it. Might be better shifted if you shifted to the right? Have more of the end and the brick wall going in and less of the butt on the left edge?
Bootm one, to me anyway (and I'm old) suffers from the tree on the right covering up the barns end. But yeah, the water is nice and black, which means, go in the water, come out a popsicle.

Thanks for the suggestions...The Ps "Remove Tool" is a fantastic tool! You will see a telephone cable and pole in the bottom but not the top image.
